Johnson & Johnson Body Talc Mesothelioma Cases

Our office has recently received a number of calls from people concerned about exposure to asbestos from using Johnson & Johnson Baby Powder and other types of body talc.

There have been reports in the media regarding recent trials where juries have found Johnson & Johnson liable for selling asbestos contaminated baby powder and other body talcs that were contaminated with asbestos fibers which caused people to develop mesothelioma.  McDermott & Hickey is currently representing several mesothelioma victims who were exposed to asbestos contaminated body powder manufactured and sold by several different companies.
