Anthony has over two decades of experience representing asbestos victims throughout Ohio and nationally. He graduated from Miami University in 1992 and from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1996. Anthony has successfully litigated hundreds of cases and has obtained multi-million dollar settlements and awards in favor of his clients.
He has negotiated the resolution of thousands of asbestos cases with various national manufacturers and distributors of asbestos-containing products. Anthony is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, State of New York, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Anthony was named one of Ohio’s Super Lawyers each year from 2011 through 2020.
